Funkytown Carwash. Effective October 31, 2026.

This policy explains what information Funkytown Carwash (“we”) collects when you contact us or use a free wash code at Funkytown Carwash, and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name and mobile phone number, when you give them to us during a call.
A summary of the problem you reported.
The free wash codes we send you, and when and in which bay a code was used.
Your internet address when you enter a code on this site, used only to block repeated guessing of codes.

How we use it

To review your complaint and decide on a refund.
To text you a one-time free wash code, if you agreed to receive it.
To add time to the bay you choose when you redeem a code, and to keep a record of refunds.

Text messages

We only text customers who agree to receive a message during their call. We send one text per complaint. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who handles your information

We use service providers to run this site and send messages: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our records, and Twilio delivers text messages. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep complaint and code records as long as we need them to run our refund program and keep accurate business records. Code-entry attempt logs are deleted after one day.
